Much of the text on this website (particularly in the faqs pages) has been adapted from arguments the author first formulated during the ConstitutionUK project that the London School of Economics ran in 2015 to crowdsource a new constitution.
That project provided an invaluable opportunity for debating different proposals for reform and exploring potential objections and we would like to put on record our appreciation for the effort the LSE, and Professor Conor Gearty and his team, put into it.
